We want you to love your order from Cosicon Shop. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@cosiconshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
